  1. Why are there no prices on your website?

Most every range of furniture is available in a variety of heights, widths, depths and colours. All of these factors will change the price of an item. It is best to contact us to discuss your requirements to ensure you have the best specification of product within your budget. We are extremely helpful and will always give you honest advice.

  1. Are all your items listed on your website?

No. Our ranges are extensive and therefore too large to list completely. Our website is just an overview of the office furniture we are able to supply. However, items will be added weekly to include as much information as possible. Our recommendation is to ask as even if we do not currently supply an item we may be able to source it for you.

  1. You list you provide Free Space planning. What does this involve?

We will initially take details of your requirements, usually over the telephone and then make an appointment to visit your premises. Once there we will discuss your needs and how you envisage you’re office/area/building to be. We will then measure the area taking into account data, electric points, access etc. We will then give you a time scale for how long building plans will take to create, and will have them back to you within this time. You will be provided with various options for consideration and once options have been decided we can then prepare quotations for you. This is all Free of Charge

  1. You list you install furniture Free of Charge. Does this include building the furniture and installing it to any room in the building?

Yes. We deliver all items in our own vehicles and installations are by our own helpful and friendly staff. We never use courier services unless completely necessary and previously arranged. Our staff will assemble all items of furniture and place them in the desired manor and will remove all packaging. This includes installation to any room on any floor. This is all Free of Charge.

  1. Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do make a charge for delivery which will depend on your postcode. However charges are per delivery- NOT per item. As an example, deliveries within 10 miles of central Maidstone cost £5.00 + vat per delivery. We will make all charges clear on your quotation. Deliveries are made by our own vehicles and staff who will ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition and place them exactly where they need to go (unlike a courier service).

  1. Do you keep furniture and seating in stock for immediate collection?

Yes. We have a large showroom where we stock operator’s chairs, task chairs, executive chairs, Filing cabinets, metal cupboards, Harts Contract Range, Harts Premier range and storage ready for collection or delivery. We expect our customers to try chairs and see the quality of furniture before they make any purchase. Virtually all items in our showroom are available to purchase. We also have a clearance department where you can find goods with up to 75% off the RRP.

  1. Do you supply or buy second hand furniture?

No. We ceased buying/selling second hand furniture 8 years ago. Should you need new furniture and have second hand furniture to sell, we work alongside a second hand furniture dealership which may be able to purchase goods from you. We can then co-ordinate with them on the removal of old, and installation of new furniture for a seamless transition.

  1. Is your furniture guaranteed?  

Yes. All items carry a manufacturers’ guarantee. These range from 1 year to 15 years depending on the product. However it is rare for any of our products to be faulty or have problems as we only supply high quality goods.

  1. Do you deliver to Home Offices?

Yes. Most all our ranges are suitable for offices at home. We supply to domestic customers and also for company home-worker employees, saving businesses the time of setting up office arrangements for their staff. We provide the same Free Installation Service that we offer our business customers with all packaging removed, allowing you to work again straight away. All we ask is that you create the space for the furniture to go.

  1. I have existing furniture I need to match, is this possible?

We will do out utmost to match to your existing furniture for you. With our wide range of manufacturers it is unusual for us to not find something compatible.
